Just 900 square feet, the cozy ambiance and rustic décor make time stand still. Walk to charming, downtown Fayetteville. We are located only a few blocks away. Morning and evening walks are a must!
*Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

* When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $28 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

A queen-size bed downstairs + 2 twin beds in the loft with plush linens and a steepled ceiling is an enchanting place to rest after a day of exploring the local town square. A fully stocked kitchen just begs for the smell of homemade stew or freshly baked bread.

If you’re up for an adventure, Round Top is just 15 minutes away to enjoy local dining and sightseeing. When you return to your private getaway, the screened back porch is waiting for you to enjoy a glass of wine and dangle your feet from the hanging swing.

While most will want to relax and rejuvenate at this quaint little cottage, extended stays are welcome, with space to work remotely indoors or outside on cooler days. An outdoor wood-burning fire pit and covered carport complete the picture of this one-of-a-kind Texas home away from home.
