The Space:
Our homey house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay:

• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms;
• King size bed and TV in the first bedroom;
• 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom;
• Bunk bed in the third bedroom;
• Sofa and TV in the living room;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Backyard with a private pool and jacuzzi;
• Onsite washer and dryer;
• Two parking spots included in front of the house;

Guest Access:
When you arrive at the property, please let us know to start a ring video meeting with the owner. Please come into the front of the door and show the main guest's ID to the camera (ring video) for verification. Afterward, the owner will share the access code for opening de door.

You are welcome to relax and sunbathe in the swimming pool area while getting tanned or hanging out. your morning coffee will be even more delicious if you have it in the backyard with a canal view.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled around picturesque canals, this neighborhood offers serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. Close to attractions like Plantation Heritage, Duck Pond, and Jack Carter Harmony Park, residents and visitors can enjoy tranquility and nature. For entertainment, the renowned Hard Rock Stadium is just a 20-minute drive away, hosting a variety of events including soccer games like the Copa America 2024. With its strategic location, residents have easy access to a wide range of amenities and attractions, making it an ideal place to live or visit.

Getting Around:
You can use platforms like Uber and Lyft, getting to your destination is quick and easy.

Other Things to Note:
The main guest must be 25 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the name and age of the main guest, and share their respective ID. Please note that the main guest who made the reservation must be present upon check-in.

Kindly be informed that access to the garage and use of the boat is restricted to guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that if you use them without paying, you will be charged for their use.

Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $50 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines of up to $750 for violating house rules.

Please note that there is a ring camera covering the outside area of the property. There are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
