My father called in 1974 and said "I've found paradise." Now you can find it too. Waterfront condo on Marco Island. Wonderful views of Collier Creek, the Marco River, and the Gulf of Mexico. A few steps to the Gulf and the pool. Watch the Dolphins play, the boats sail past, wave to the Princess Cruise ship daily, walk to your dock and fish.
Fully renovated this year. All new GE Profile appliances with internet access, including a microwave with convection oven and air \fryer. The latest touch control oven and range and French door refrigerator. LED lighting, new furniture and bedding.
A dream location within walking distance of fine restaurants and and bars in at a sought-after island destination.

Our host, then, was so accommodating. The condo was beautifully furnished with every amenity you could imagine. The home is even better stocked than my own kitchen. A beautiful view and a great place to stay. We hope to return!

Just chillin in Marco

From the get-go, communication was excellent. Great place to relax & watch boats, dolphins, manatees, birds, and sunsets. And then, just steps to the pool.Beautifully remodeled. Kitchen is awesome to cook in with a lovely view. Local restaurants & bars were fun. Took a couple days to catch on to the great late night specials at the Snook (ask your bartender). Highly recommend!!

Wonderful, special place!

First off, the condo has been completely renovated and is basically brand new. The space is so very comfortable and clean. You have everything you need in the space. The location in Marco couldn’t be better. Access to everything quickly. Grocery, food, shopping, marina, beach access…everything is close and convenient. You can walk to The Boardroom Tavern or to The Snook Inn. A couple of our favorites. I would venture to say there aren’t many views on Marco Island that could challenge the views at this place. You can sit on the couch or comfortable reclining chairs and be completely content with the rushing water right outside the condo. Sit on the porch and simply relax. If you love to fish, this is the place. Nothing but good things to say about this spot. This is now our favorite place to stay on Marco Island.
