This was a fantastic home for our family trip to Austin. It was very clean and had all amenities for a comfortable stay. It's a great location to experience the South Congress area (restaurants, shopping, exploring) and it's also a short drive to central Austin. When the coffee pot unexpectedly broke our host had one delivered the next day and offered to pay for our coffee the next day if it didn’t arrive in time which was just so extra and beyond! My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Austin and choosing to stay at Erika's place made for a perfect home base from which to explore. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well located. Cute House - Great Location

We really enjoyed our short stay at this property. The hosts were amazing and easy to chat with. We were able to easily walk to Congress street for lots of dining and shopping options. It was a very short drive to all the activities we had planned around town (10 mins). Everything was updated in the home and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Austin.

SOCO Austin

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day visit.The location was perfect since we enjoy the SOCO area a bit more than north of the river.The neighborhood is very safe as we enjoy early morning and late evening walks with the dogs.Erika is very responsive if needed.
