The perfect place to unwind in quiet serenity, connect with nature and simply relax. Located a few minutes from Angel Fire, yet miles away from stress and responsibility.

The space
Watch wildlife from your covered front deck while enjoying the crisp mountain air and listening to the hum of the wind in the aspens throughout the property. It’s not uncommon to see deer grazing or napping in the field or see turkeys wandering through the property. In winter months, we have sleds for kids to romp and play. In the summer, hunt for pinecones or take a nap under the trees on one of our hammocks. Take in the majestic southern Rocky Mountains, towering pines and aspens. Grill dinner out on one of our conveniently located propane grills (propane provided). Warm up by our signature outdoor fire-pit.

Aspen Springs has direct access to Carson National Forest at the back of our property for hiking and biking without having to even get in the car. Located just 4 miles from the Village center, we are just minutes away from hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, skiing and so much more. Your on-site host is available to assist you whenever you need.

Your newly remodeled cabin provides the perfect place to unwind and relax. This cabin has been remodeled from head to toe and features new stainless appliances, new cabinets, quartz countertops, leather furniture, electric fireplace, towel warmer, premium linens and new kitchen items including new stoneware dishes, glasses, and cooking/bakeware.

Perfect getaway

The cabin was perfect for us. Well insulated, it was really cold outside. Plenty of deer to watch, we even interacted with one. 4x4 is definitely a must during the winter. Sleds were offered and our daughter enjoyed sledding. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The on-site manager was very responsive. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent, perfect cabin and location, easy access to Angel fire ski area.

1 adult and 2 teens, over Christmas. Owners provided a Christmas tree and decor. Cabin was very clean, modern and well equipped. Bunk room was great for two teens, king bed was comfortable, adding the warm electric warmer pad. Enjoyed the deer each morning. We highly recommend this cabins at this resort. Management responded as needed throughout booking and stay. Already booked another stay next year. Thank you to owners and management.

Great quiet and cozy location. Definitely will consider this property in the future. Wished they had washer and dryer since we have young kids. Also brought our own food and cooked. Didnt really care for the restaurant options in the area. The area is beautiful though and was the perfect get away we were looking for.

Perfect cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at the Retreat at Angel Fire! The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The wildlife was amazing how they came right up to the cabin to greet us - our kids loved seeing the deer up close! Would definitely stay here again when we return to Angel Fire, NM!

Perfect Getaway!

This cabin was perfect for us and our young kiddos! The location was great, just right outside of town, which allowed the kiddos to experience more than just the slopes, we were able to wander around and freely play in the snow. We will definitely return in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL GET AWAY !!!

Communication with management prior and during stay was great, always helpful and friendly . Had a small issue with one of the beds which was resolved within minutes. Cabin was cozy, extremely clean, and kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to prepare our meals. Plenty of extra blankets, towels and pillows. Great coffee, teas and hot chocolate. We will definitely be back for a much longer stay.

Cozy cabin

The location and surrounding area were great! Just a short drive to Angel Fire business area. We enjoyed our morning deer visitors, playing in the snow and taking a hike from our backyard forest access! The cabin had the amenities that we needed and we were able to cook breakfast and a few dinners since the restaurants did not allow dine in.

A Wonderful Christmas Getaway

The property manager Aly was super responsive from the beginning and did so many things to make our stay special. We arrived on Christmas Eve and she texted me ahead of time with specific directions (with pictures and a video) and then had us pick out a fresh cut Christmas tree when we arrived that she then delivered to our cabin. They also provided beautiful decorations, smores roasted on a giant chiminea, and sleds for the kids (and kids at heart). It was a Chrsitmas we will always remember. Would highly recommend and would (and may) stay again!
