Comfortable and spacious 1150 sq. ft., 2 level townhouse condominium. Just one of our seven two bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including:1 Master bedroom with bath attached, Second bedroom with a king that can be made into twins and two twin bunk beds, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen& living area downstairs.
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.

Great Location

Everything was great! 1st time at Sun Valley and would certainly go back to this location. Even though the snowmobile shuttle was not running the walk was not a big deal. Thanks for the great stay.

Family Ski Trip

We had a great time staying in Ketchum and skiing at Bald Mountain. The accommodations were just right for our group. The gondola was further away than we thought by the description but we made it work by driving the short distance to the parking lot near the gondola. The family also really enjoyed the hot tub near our unit.

Cheri and the staff keep the grounds maintained, and are always available for questions or concerns. Trash and towel swap out every other day was a nice touch. The sleigh ride back from skiing was a welcome bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a terrific experience at Pennay’s where we stayed for our annual girls ski trip. Resort is a less than five min to gondola and also an easy walk into town if Ketchum. We usually rent a car for these trips but with our place so close to everything we did not need to. The unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessities and what was also nice was the place was stocked with plenty of towels. A TV in each room also allowed for some breaks from travel friends. Would def stay again.

Sun Valley Christmas!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Pennay's and it won't be our last. The location near River Run is great for skiing Bald Mountain, no cars or driving needed to get to the slopes. Since we visited during Covid, we spent a lot of time at our condo and ate in most of the time. Unit 14 has a nice layout with comfortable bedrooms upstairs, cozy fireplace and living area down. We were spoiled, when we had new snow our car was even brushed off and after a hard day on the slopes you can get a ride home on a snowmobile pulled sled. Major bonus is that pets are allowed in some units, we were able to bring the entire family including our dog. We will stay here again on our next trip to Sun Valley.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the few locations in SV where you can walk to the slopes and to town, so we didn't have to rent a car. Cheri was great to deal with and bent over backwards for us. She and Alan make Pennay guests feel like family. The townhouse was cute, clean and well stocked, and it was great to have 2 1/2 baths for a family of 5. The hot tub was right outside our unit's door which was awesome!Only down side was that we have adult kids and the bunk bed mattresses were so firm/hard that no one could sleep on them. One of the kids had to sleep on the comfy couch each night. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Pennays!

SunValley trip - First week of February

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good. Only issue worth mentioning is the WIFI coverage. There is one modem/router for each set of 3 condos. We were lucky enough to have the condo with the cable modem in it, so we were able to power cycle it when we ran into problems (when internet stopped working). My recommendation here is for each condo to have it's own. Different families should not be sharing, as this can lead to security issues. Furthermore, the access to the internet is not protected by password. That should be changed. There should be a humidifier in each bedroom. We only found one. It should be upgraded as well. We had a temporary fridge, and it froze some of our food. New fridge expected soon for unit 14.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Pennay’s was great. The place was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults. The unit has everything we needed in the kitchen. The refrigerator was a little small, but the owner said that was being replaced. The hot tub was hot and clean, and easy to get to. Getting to the lift was little effort, as it was at most 200 yards to the bridge where you had to take your skis off. You could ski down there with a little pulling, and on the way back required a little more pulling (or walking), but a short distance. Really great complex and close to town. The office was very responsive.

Great family ski trip

Pannay’s was a great place to stay. Easy access to Bald mountain for skiing. I would suggest having a rental car since even though town is a short walk it’s far enough that carrying groceries and walking in bad weather is challenging. Although we had some minor issues the owner and manager resolved it right away. Would Fl definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. It was right at the base of the Sun Valley ski resort and right off the bike path, which made it so easy to access the activities we wanted to do while in Sun Valley. Would definitely stay here again!!
