Bright, spacious private two-story Amagansett Dunes home with open living floor plan. House sits on almost an acre of beautiful dunes on a quite dead-end street. First floor offers a large master suite with Jacuzzi tub, two guest bedrooms, and two full baths. Upstairs has a loft-like feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which open up to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining and partial ocean view. House has central air and ceiling fans. The home features lots of decking (upstairs, downstairs and around the pool), a heated pool and easy beach access just a 5-8 minute walk away on a private boardwalk. The home is a perfect family retreat.

Excellent Beach House

Great location, relaxing environment, secluded setting and short walk to the beach made this a excellent choice. The house was comfortable, clean and the heated in-ground pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach. My family had an enjoyable vacation experience. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Location

A very nice location in the Amagansett Dunes. You can enjoy a short walk to a private beach or just hang out at the heated pool. The house was very clean, comfortable and secluded. The owner was easy going and very quick to answer any questions. The only problem was that our week went to fast & we didn't want to leave!
