E- Social Pool Area with 5 tables (0.70x0.70m) and 30 plastic chairs and 1 round wooden table
E- Children's Pool (3.0 x 2.6 x 0.35 - CxLxP Meters)
F- Adult Pool (9.0 x 4.5 x 1.40 / 1.80 - WxDx Meters)
G- Water cascade with automatic operation 2x 2h per day
H- Events Area (Blue Room) semi covered 20x10 meters, with general lighting and night light, several 127 / 220V outlets with 1 glass table for organization.
I- Stage above the pool area for lectures, bands or Dj music table. 127 / 220V sockets with good power
J- Garage for cars 2 covered spaces and 14 open spaces (additional spaces for larger events use football field area)
K- Chapel - House of Prayers, available for evangelical events. with a pulpit and 20 chairs.

Bedroom 5 (14 places) divided into 4 Bunk Beds and 2 Trelich Beds
Bedroom 6 (3 places) divided into 1 Double and 1 Single Bed. (Has a built-in Suite)
Support House (10 places) consisting of 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Bunk Beds and a Single Bed, fitted kitchen and bathroom (Adjacent to the Main House - single)

DUE TO OWNERSHIP, WE DO NOT MAKE RENTALS FOR GROUPS UNDER 20 PEOPLE

Very quiet place and 10min. from Mairinque city center, easy access by the Castelo Branco and / or Raposo Tavares highways.

(for the final access the farm is 600m of forest and dirt road but very trafficable)
