Property was lovely. Would be excellent for a couple or family with a young child. The only problem was the second bedroom was in a loft where you can’t stand up but would be perfect for a little kid. The owner was very responsive to questions about arrival and a problem we had with a clogged toilet, which they worked on to fix. And they even shared homemade cider with us!

This is a tiny house. Everything is new.Beds were very comfortable. Upstairs is air mattress. Downstairs is regular bed with memory foam. Shower was ok. Full size fridge was great. Didn't use gas stove.AC was nice and cold. Spot felt very private. Annabelle was nice.

The property is listed as sleeping 4. The bed I saw up in the loft was an air mattress that looked like a twin. (It was not made.) The loft stairs are for young people as is the clearance to the ceiling in the loft. You cannot stand up. There was a queen bed downstairs, however, that was comfy. There was also an issue with the door not locking. Low crime area but still - I was not comfortable with that.

Relaxing location!If you've ever wanted to try a Tiny Home, here's your chance. 3 of us stayed, and while it's a bit tight inside, the addition of a front deck, fire pit area, and yard gave us plenty of space. We had sunny weather every day and enjoyed sitting on the patio or on the chairs in the lawn. Perfect for napping, reading, or watching the stars at night.Orchard House is centrally located just 5 min from the ferry, 15 from Deer Harbor Marina, 10 min from shopping in East Sound, and under 30 to Moran State park.The hosts are so friendly and have a little farm stand where you can buy eggs and jam. I would definitely stay again ( :[Be aware the island has limited cell reception outside of the ferry dock and East Sound.]

We loved our stay on Orcas Island!The property is beautiful and we loved the peace and quiet. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the property was clean. It was the perfect place for us.

Tim and Kathleen were responsive and accommodating hosts. Their tiny home on orca Island is secluded, quiet, and perfect for a getaway. Tim was friendly and accommodating. For example, the fire pit was broken and he immediately went to work and fixed it! We love it when hosts are friendly and inviting, and this was our experience during our stay. Tim, thanks again for the DELICIOUS cider!
