Our house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people, 3 cars and up to 2 furry friends! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting living space, adorned with coastal-inspired decor and ample natural light streaming through the windows.
Sink into the sofa and unwind in the cozy ambiance or gather with loved ones for a movie night after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

The fully equipped kitchen beckons with full size appliances and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a breeze.

Whether you're whipping up a gourmet feast or enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

As an added bonus there is a full-size dishwasher, washer/dryer, which is perfect for when you are at the beach all day!

The three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole family. With room for everyone to spread out and relax, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The 1st bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed as well as a private bathroom with shower.

The 2nd bedrooms also have queen size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed with another full bathroom in between.

Living room has a full-size sleeper sofa.

One of the standout features of this property is its pet-friendly policy, allowing you to bring along your furry friends to join in on the vacation fun.
Let them roam and play in the fenced backyard while you soak up the sunshine on the patio or take them for a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood to explore the sights and sounds of Myrtle Beach together.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire house, driveway, and yard. PLUS, an additional perk to access the swimming pools at the Landmark Resort located just a block away from the home.
You do not have access to the restaurant at the Landmark Resort.

The Neighborhood:
Our Home Away From Home is conveniently located only 2 miles away from the Myrtle Beach Airport!

There is a Wal-Mart located on 17th Ave, about 2 blocks away from the resort, for you to obtain any additional items you may need.

This resort is in the heart of Myrtle Beach and close to everything including the Convention Center, Sports Center, Sky Wheel, the Pavilion, Broadway at the Beach, shopping, and dining.

Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.

Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab a daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!

For the best views in the area, take a ride up the Myrtle Beach Skywheel - located just a few miles away - and then end the day with a sunset stroll down Pier 14!

Please take note there are 2 security cameras located on premise that monitor the front and back entrances to the home.

You can call me, text me, email me at any time. The fastest way to communicate with me is via text messages. Guests are provided with a high level of customer service. Inquiries and questions are answered promptly. I'm available to guests by messaging, phone, text, and email. In addition, we have on-call maintenance services and professional local cleaning management that are available to provide additional services or to deal with any issues that may arise.

House Rules:
* SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the house (if you smoke outside, please make sure no smoking odor penetrate the house), in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor in the house, damage fee will be charged in full.

*NO PARTIES can take place at my house.

*Only initial amount of SOAPS and toiletries are provided, guests must bring their own extras if needed.

*TOWELS provided for showering only, not for makeup remover, pool or beach use, or any other use. Damage fee will be activated for stained or damaged towels, same goes for linens.

Only guests who booked the house are allowed in it. Please leave it like you found it and respect my place.

Dogs are allowed, up to 2 dogs per stay (additional pet fee apply: $25 per night)

PET RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
* Pets are limited to dogs only. No pets other than dogs are allowed on the property.
* No aggressive breed of dog is allowed.
* Dogs have to be domesticated and trained.
* A limit of only two (2) dogs is allowed.
* Guests bringing dogs on the property will clean up after their dog or face eviction from the property, additional $100 fee will apply if the yard is not cleaned after dogs.
* Dogs must have all required up to date vaccinations and inoculations and cannot have any diseases or illnesses.
* Bathrooms cannot be used for dog grooming. Any damage caused to the plumbing by violating this rule will be the responsibility of the dog owner.
* When the dogs stay alone in the house, it needs to be placed in the kennel (provided)
