The Bunkhouse was great place to stay for our family of 4. The gateway to Zion NP was about a half hour away and Bryce Canyon was about an hour which made the house a perfect home base for a week of exploring.
Centrally located. Quiet. Loved the layout and outdoor spaces for my husband and I and two adult children. Comfortable seating (many VRBOs don’t have this!). Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. There is a coffee grinder. Hosts were very organized and had great communication before and during our stay. Great experience! Thank you.
This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! It was so clean and they provided anything and everything you need to have a great vacation! The property is beautiful and serene. We loved every minute of our stay there and will definitely be coming back next time we visit Zion!
The property was great! The back patio was mostly secluded. The entire neighborhood was quiet and what a beautiful site at night watching the stars! The bunkhouse itself was cozy and had plenty of room. It was also very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful experience
With the mountain/cliff backdrop and the absolute quiet of the area, we very much enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a welcome reprieve after our day of hiking. Our stay was only two nights, but this place has everything you need for a longer stay: a grill, a fire pit, and more. The road is dirt, so putting up with some dust from the few cars that passed was the only negative. Do make sure to do your grocery shopping. The local small limited items grocery store did not have beer, but the gas station did.
My girlfriend and I stayed here while visiting Zion and Bryce. The cabin was set up perfectly and well thought out down to things such as extra towels and washcloths. I researched extensively prior to the trip but the guide book the hosts put together had new places I hadn’t discovered. The cabin is very new and everything was spotless. After hiking daily, the hot tub was great to come home to. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in and everything was going well. Definitely would stay here again

Fabulous home and beautiful countryside!
The Bunkhouse was perfect for our little family. It had everything we needed and was immaculate. The owners were responsive, and we loved the guidebook that they sent before hand with lots of helpful tips and coupon codes. There was new home construction going on across the street that we didn’t know about. It wouldn’t have changed our minds to stay there as we were gone a lot, but I do wish we would have known about it beforehand. The location is really great; situated between Zion and Bryce but nice and secluded. You didn’t even notice the big house next-door. We would 100% stay here again!
Very clean and well appointed cabin. It was the perfect weekend getaway

About the host
Hosted by Alex and Vanessa Pavlides
Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home. Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
