Charming stone villa 'Silva' Tučepi

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo.
We offer accommodation for 10 people.Villa Silva included two part of house.
In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms.The whole house is air conditioned and fully covered with free Wi-Fi network to use.
The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
In front of the house there is heated swimming pool ( 35m2) with sundeck chairs.
If you want enjoy swimming in the sea or just lying on the beach we provide you with parking spaces in center of Tucepi.
Villa is overlooking the Adriatic sea and you can feel complete peace and old Dalmatian village atmosphere,away from the summer crowd but enough close to nightlife,cultural events(Makarska,Tučepi-5km),supermarket (4km),beach(5km).
If you enjoy in nature walks, mountain or road cycling or even hiking you are on right place. There is 3 bikes on your disposal.
In the vicinity you can buy domestic fresh vegetables,fruits,wine,olive oil,even milk and cheese
