Welcome to the completely renovated three level luxury Villa in downtown Podgora! This large, four bedroom, five bath home is the first row on the water with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea.
The first two floors consist of the bedrooms all with King sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are two 'master' bedrooms in the front of the house with a large balcony with great views; pull-out couch that can sleep 2 additional persons; and a large flat screen television with cable.
The third (top) floor consists of a large 'Chefs dream' Kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, 2 ovens, a large wine refrigerator, and a large island with barstools. A large sitting area and dining of room to entertain and enjoy while watching the gorgeous views from the front through wall-to-wall windows.
Relax and unwind in the top floor Pool! There is a large roof top patio with built in seating to enjoy the incredible views!
