L'argillosa is a villa surrounded by a cultivated olive groves and a garden of more than 3,000 sqm around with equipped outdoor areas at disposal for our guests.
18 km from the sea (20 min.), famous sea places to visit as Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, Talamone (Capalbio is slightly more distant, 15-16 km), 25 km from Saturnia - Thermal Bath .
Each room and common areas have direct access to the garden with outdoor facilities like sun beds, some patios/porches for relaxing , wicker sofas with cushions and wood poufs for relaxing, wooden table and chairs.
Our house rental rate includes a maid service, provided by our house keeper living in the house in a service room.
