Clean nice property. Great location.only downside is shades donā€™t keep out the light in some bedrooms and late was going off in condo next door. Beach was nice and close walk from property.pool is a nice perk.

The property manager was great. Kept us updated on a few repairs and brought us ice several times as the ice maker was stuck in sleep mode. Great location.

We had a great group of friends, and it was the perfect place for a large family get together or couples get away. We would definitely go back, and the location to the beach as well as the area was perfect!!!

The only problem we had was the fridge wasnā€™t working and they were waiting on a part so we had to go downstairs every time we needed anything. While it was pretty inconvenient, it was something out of their control and they did all they could to accommodate us. We really enjoyed our stay and it is a beautiful place.

Our family loved our stay at this house, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The walk to the beach was perfect for us with little kids, we were able to just run back to the house quick if we forgot something. We would absolutely stay here again

Alex and team were very accommodating. They had quick response time. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures are good but in person is even better. The pool was heated and accessing the beach was easy. We will definitely be back!!!

The beach house was fully stocked, had everything we needed for a great stay, and was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation and we're already looking forward to staying at this home again in the future.

The property was great. Very clean, kitchen was very well equipped. Middle floor common area was where we spent most of our time. 20 of us occupied the house for the week. Plenty of room. Double washer and dryer was very handy. We were able to enjoy the pool. And the decks were a welcome retreat from the ā€œnoiseā€ inside. The only suggestion would be to change the rugs on the bottom floor. They did pose a trip hazard because they would bunch up and curled around the edges. I did have to catch myself a couple of times from falling.

Highcotton is amazing! Close to everything you need! The 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, so convenient! The provided beach chair set-up with umbrellas was great. The communication from Alexā€™s team was quick and helpful! This was a yearly girlā€™s trip for 13 of us 65 and older ladies. We all thought it was one of the best houses weā€™d stayed in! My only suggestion is to add more beach towels. The house sleeps 22, but only has 6 beach towels. Beach towels take a lot of room in a suitcase, especially for a larger family. Again, amazing home, outstanding service!

Great space

We had 5 couples stay and had ample room! Every room has a bathroom which was a huge plus!! The location was AMAZING with only a very short walk to the beach. It's in such a great part of Destin and close to great restaurants and shopping!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at High Cotton. The house was absolutely beautiful and the listing was very accurate. A great highlight that the house included for our family was the beach chairs and umbrellas every day set up. This helped us out a lot as we drove a long ways and did not bring our own beach chairs.We definitely will try and stay here again in the future.

The house was beautiful. You really do not have a view of the ocean or beach but it is less than a 1 minute walk. You do not need a golf cart. We had 6 babies 5 and under and it was very easy going to the beach. The rental company checked in with us every day and if there was an issue they responded immediately. The house had a small pool that we all enjoyed. We paid to have it heated because we went early May. The location was wonderful for shopping and eating.

Perfect house for us :)

This was our first time visiting Destin and this was the perfect house for our friends and family, four families all together. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have their own space. Quick little walk to the beach, the chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every morning.
