This sunny retreat is all about outdoor living and relaxation. Discover a private backyard with lush palm trees throughout, adding a true Florida feeling. The star is definitely the heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over spa where you can spend your days swimming and relaxing to your heart's content. Poolside loungers provide a great spot to sunbathe while taking in the views of the canal. The backyard also houses a firepit area surrounded by comfortable patio furniture and a covered outdoor dining area with a smart TV - both spots overlook the canal and dock area.

Inside, this snowbird-friendly retreat boasts plenty of smart features, including smart blinds for added convenience. Discover a welcoming open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows to admire the splendid canal views. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room featuring cozy sofas and a huge smart TV with streaming and cable services. The open chef's kitchen has all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and treats on the go and a sparkling island with extra seating.

The spacious main suite features a smart TV, access to the back patio, canal views, a working desk with a monitor, and a deluxe en suite bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed, walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub inside, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms have smart TVs and one of them has a ladder that leads to the upstairs loft, which offers a secluded place for lounging with a smart TV and a Playstation. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, pool toys, paddleboards, a Ping-Pong table, and an electric grill.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are active surveillance cameras located at the front door and the garage door facing towards the road.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
