We loved our stay here with our dog- so quiet and peaceful! The house itself was beautifully updated, clean, and so well thought out (lights on the stairs of the patio, gates you can add to block the stairs, etc.).

House and property is great. Sofas were the most painful experience ever. Kitchen, dining, & den were tight but manageable. Being seniors, we enjoy sitting in den and relaxing. This was not possible. The outside deck chairs were good, and the fire pit chairs were good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the Silo Rose House and property, as well as the outdoor seating areas and fire pit. We’re sorry to hear that the sofas were uncomfortable and that the den seating did not provide the relaxing experience you were hoping for. We understand how important comfortable seating is, especially when you’re looking forward to spending time relaxing indoors. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for staying with us. Take care, Sherrie

Very well thought out property. Bedrooms all have en suite. Kitchen well appointed. Very clean everywhere. Plenty of activities for the whole family - deck with view, fire pit area, well equipped game room with mini fridge on the bottom level with 2nd master. Beautiful views and grounds. As a pet owner, the stair gates were welcome inside and out. I can't wait to visit again!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The setting is beautiful! We enjoyed watching the cows on the hillside. We would’ve loved to use the fire pit, especially since the nights were chilly, but there was a statewide fire ban. Excellent communication with the host.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear the property had everything you needed and that you enjoyed the beautiful setting—watching the cows on the hillside is definitely a special touch. We completely understand your disappointment about not being able to use the fire pit due to the statewide fire ban. Safety is always our top priority, but we agree it would have been perfect for those chilly evenings. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and would love to welcome you back again—hopefully next time you’ll get to enjoy that fire pit! Take care, Sherrie

Beautiful and quiet

The place was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The drive to see and do things was further than expected. But that’s fine because the drive is gorgeous. Everything needed was supplied.

Wonderful Winter Retreat

We booked the Silo Rose in January for a family ski weekend. We were very happy with overall stay, there was a couple issues that required some trouble shooting upon arrival. The management company was very responsive and quick to get back to us with the solutions. The beds were super comfy, everyone slept very well. Our boys enjoyed the games downstairs and the large property. There was much to do and explore. We would stay here again while visiting Appalachian Ski Mountain. We were also an impressed with the fully stocked kitchen we enjoyed making meals after our long days on the mountain.

Thank you for staying at Silo Rose and we appreciate your patience and understanding during our troubleshooting. We try our best to safeguard against possible issues but we are not always able to catch everything. If issues arise, we do our best to resolve them ASAP. We are happy to hear your family was able to enjoy the kitchen and game room area downstairs, its nice to have room to spread out especially after a long day of being on the slopes! We hope we have the opportunity to host you again soon, thank you for your 5 star review!!

We are thankful for your 5 star review and allowing us to host you at Silo Rose. VRBO is not aware of any details(amenities/location) of their listings. 4 Seasons Vacations is local and knows the properties and area/towns/roads well! GPS is not always accurate in our area but the address for this cabin is correct. Other than not finding the property right away, we are glad you enjoyed the cabin. We look forward to you coming to visit and allowing us to host your stay again! Thank You, 4SeasonsVacations
