Our mountain paradise is positioned in the private neighborhood adjacent to the Appalachian Ski Mountain Ski Resort! Moments away from all that Boone and Blowing Rock have to offer, you can spend the summers hiking to waterfalls, visiting Grandfather mountain and Blowing Rock, enjoying fishing, boating, zip lining, tubing, kayaking and Tweetsie Railroad. Skiing, snowboarding and ice-skating are all just a few steps away in the winter. Memorable dining experiences year-round all within a few miles of our mountain cabin.

Located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, our two-level three bedroom/three bath mountain home features ample parking in a flat circular driveway, HVAC system, an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and exposed beams, wormy chestnut woodwork throughout, wood-burning stone fireplace, renovated slate bathrooms with heated tile floors, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, 50” LED television in the great room, cable service, wi-fi internet, Blu-Ray DVDs, and family games. There is even an additional bonus room with foosball table, chalkboard, TV, Xbox gaming system and seating area, a spacious front deck for outside dining and grilling, and a back deck for q quiet retreat overlooking large private backyard. The two front bedrooms have a king and a queen bed and are ideal retreats for couples. Kids and singles alike will love the “Ski Dreams” bedroom, complete with four twin beds, each with ski and snowboard headboards. Bearadise is the perfect getaway for families with children, couples or a group of friends!

We are conveniently located on a private road at Appalachian Ski Mountain, off U.S. Hwy 321, between Blowing Rock and Boone. Nearby are Grandfather Mountain, Linville, Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. The house is easily accessible and within 5 minutes of downtown Blowing Rock, Tanger shopping outlets, the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway, and the bustling college town of Boone.

Come experience each season in North Carolina’s “High Country.” In winter, our home is right next to snow skiing, ice-skating and night skiing at Appalachian Ski Mountain Resort. This house also features a wonderful and cozy wood-burning stone fireplace in the great room, perfect for cuddling up on the large leather sofa sectional and watching a movie or the snow outside. During spring, relax and take in the wonderful climate change and the amazing views. In summer, escape the heat and enjoy the cooler mountain temperatures for the entire summer with the long-term rental plan. Fall foliage around here is simply spectacular, outside our tall great room windows and along the world-famous Blue Ridge Parkway just 5 minutes away. No matter the time of year, you will enjoy your time and find plenty to do while visiting our mountain home in Blowing Rock, NC - our little piece of Paradise = it's Bearadise!
