. Leith Court Apartment #4 is a 1200sqft two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, located on the first floor (one above ground) of the east building of the Leith Court complex. An open plan kitchen and living area leads to to a spacious balcony with a spectacular ocean view. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. The apartment is non-smoking. Leith Court is a very popular and well kept beach front complex overlooking lower Worthing beach on the South Coast of Barbados. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and the famous St. Lawrence Gap are all within easy walking distance. The complex has a shared pool, and an elevator. Beach access is direct from the garden and pool area. The pool area has sun lounges, shaded areas and some umbrellas.

Amazing clean, secure and spacious apartment with a fantastic pool and access to the sea for daily swimming. Our host is awesome and welcomed us on arrival to make our check in process easy and welcoming.The apartment is maintained impeccably and provided us with a beautiful home for our stay.The apartment is airy and cool with fantastic A/C in the bedrooms.The location of the apartment provides a great base to explore the island.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
We had a lovely stay at James’s apartment. The flat was suited for our needs, very close to the beach, shops etc. James was a great host, responding to our needs quickly. He was very kind to let us check in early and check out late afternoon as our flight was in the evening. My kids absolutely loved the garden, the beautiful humming birds and the pool. Thank you for being a great host James.
Overall a great location and property. James is wonderful and answers all questions, meets you to get you oriented. Location is near The Gap and Accra Beach so many choices for restaurants, easy taxis, and you can walk to many places. We watched sea turtles every morning while having breakfast on the balcony. Loved it.

Barbados expensive relative to other more interesting destinations.
The best thing about the apartment is the stunning view. The balcony is a large size with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. It is well situated with a supermarket directly across the main road. Also across the road is Worthing Square where you will find a range of food trucks which offer a variety of food choices. Not far away is St Lawrence Gap which has a selection of bars/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
The location is amazing, everything you could want is at your door (including the sea!). Got to swim with turtles right out the door, pool was great on days the sea was rough. Property is well maintained, the bed is comfortable, great water pressure. James was very accommodating to my work from home needs, provided a desk space and secondary WiFi router. Desiree came once a week to tidy up and is a delight also! You'll be hard pressed to find better at such a great price.
The apartment was exactly, perhaps even better than expected. We are home after a fantastic month (and a few extra days thanks to Westjet cancellation) at #4 Leith Court. I'm going to miss my morning coffee on the deck, watching the sea turtles and taking an early morning bath and beach walk in the clear Caribbean waters. The pool is well kept and a real treat to come home to after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect for getting around without a car to grocery stores, several beaches, and bus stops right outside the door to get around the island. Restaurant choices are plentiful and easy to get to. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped for self-catering and the in suite laundry a bonus. There is some noise coming from the road but that added to the flavour of Barbados for us. I’d re-book in a heartbeat.
Great apartment, everything you need. Wonderful views and you can see the turtles from the balcony. Good location near a supermarket, eateries, bank, taxis and buses. 5 minute walk to Rockley beach and Champers! 10 minute bus / taxi ride to Carlisle Bay and Bridgetown. James was a very good host- met us on arrival to show us around. A great value stay

James was an excellent host. Very attentive to our needs and Answered any questions immediately! He was very accommodating when we asked if we could check in early. Only concern I had was the air conditioning. I was not aware that only bedrooms had a/c. Also the cleaning service could have paid a little more attention to details. The apartment was location was very convenient to shopping beaches and restaurants.
Wonderful location! Many restaurants, shopping, and the famous Worthing Food Court all within walking distance. The condo had a fabulous view and we enjoyed watching the sea turtles every morning. The condo had everything we needed, and made our vacation so pleasant. PS bring snorkel equipment to see the turtles throughout the day right in front of the condo property!
Great location close to restaurants and activities . Right on the ocean with a pool and area to relax. Booking process and communication was super easy. Thanks for a great trip!

Air con is only in the bedroom
Great location. Biggest disappointment/inaccuracy is the AC - none in the living/kitchen area, which is where you want to spend your time, enjoying the gorgeous view. The AC in the bedroom (down a long hall from the reat of the place) would frequently randomly go off with a loud beep. Very frustrating in an otherwise great place.
We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were in a location where we could walk to restaurants, etc. The apartment was beautifully appointed and the patio view was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. James was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again if we return to Barbados!
Communication with Jimmy was great and he was there to meet us upon arrival. The property is spacious and extremely well equipped. Balcony looking over Worthing Beach we saw the turtles every morning. Over the road from the gas station for essentials and a few minutes walk from Masseys. Also over the road is Worthing Food Court which is fabulous. On the main road so the back bedroom was noisy at night but earplugs sorted that. And the plus side side of being close to the road is easy to catch a ZR. Beach in front is lovely, pool area fabulous and well kept. Needs a couple of more umbrellas. All in all great value for money, would recommended
Steps to the supermarket and a really cool food truck lot with live local music. 6 minute walk to either Worthing Beach or Rockley Beach, 2 of the best in Barbados. 10 minute walk to the St Lawerence Gap. Easy on and off the famous ZR “reggae” buses that get you anywhere for 3.50.
The views from the property were awesome and the host was great. He checked on us several times. The shower floor needed a good scrubbing but everything else was good.
James is an amazing host and the location is excellent. Easy walking distance to St Lawrence Gap (restaurants!) and Accra Beach where you can pick up the boardwalk. Food trucks and Massey are very close. Trimart is closed....Beach and pool are wonderful to have just steps away. You will see the turtles surface but bring a mask or goggles and you can watch them walking on the seabed.
We had a wonderful time at James' apartment and even though he wasn't there to welcome us, he made sure that we were well taken care of. Highly recommend the apartment which is exactly as described. A small tip would be to bring your earplugs as it can get noisy.
This stay was just wonderful. Leith Court is in walking distance to local shops, supermarkets and other beaches. I loved the unit and its ocean view. I loved the security of the property and the easy access to the beach. The place is clean and the grounds are well tended to.
James is a delight. He greeted me at the property and the info provided was detailed and helpful. James was also very responsive to any questions I had (and I didn't have many).
I recommend Leith Court highly and hope to book future stays there when visiting Barbados.
