This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Downtown Conway Charm

The property was well kept, appointed, and clean. The downtown area was safe at night with curbside parking. Stairs must be used to access lofts so keep that in mind. I would add a small bistro table and two chairs and update to a firmer mattress and then this stay would have been a 5.

Downtown Conway

Property was clean. Would suggest owner put in some fashion of shelf in shower, and a small table (bistro) to eat from. Too much noise in area; on street as well as with some tenants.
