Older house, but very clean and nice. Very comfy beds! Ice machine super nice for fishermen. Plenty of room to park 2 trucks with boats. Easy to message hosts.I DO think that requiring a large pre-paid damage deposit was excessive, but I know it will be refunded. Still--I've never had that experience with any other rental.
