AMAZING beachfront property!

Everything about this place was perfect for us. Well -equipped with everything you could need to cook, eat, play on beach, towels, linens, etc! Despite being right on the beach we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of privacy we had. The screened in porch was brilliant! We loved our stay and are already working on dates to go back!

We highly recommend this house! It’s a perfect location on the beach. Everything is brand new and clean. The host is very attentive and provides many extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

Tucked away and right on the water. Clean, well designed and everything you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen/bathroom. Perfect beach bungalow. Will totally be back! Thank you!!

Amazing place to stay!!

Everything about this property was amazing. We appreciated Megan's quick response time to any questions we had and the fact she checked in on us to ensure everything was "good to go". The private property is 10-12 steps from the beach. It has an outdoor grill that we used almost every night, as well as an outdoor shower and hose to spray off as needed. Parking was a breeze right outside the main door to the unit. Inside the unit, it was pure luxury. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen (kitchenware and supplies) we have ever seen in 20+ years of renting properties, the furniture was very comfortable, and the main room TV is supersized which makes it great to watch. The beds, linens and towels were all high end quality as well. The bathroom was perfect too with a nice shower and plenty of supplies. We really liked watching the sunset from either the screened porch or even the living room area (when we were not on the beach!). There are 2 bikes with locks to use and a great washing machine/dryer within 30 seconds of the unit. We really look forward to returning and renting the Mermaid unit once again in the future. Nicely done and thank you Megan!
