Built in 1890 this newly renovated quaint vacation rental home in Washington, MO comfortably sleeps 8 with a full kitchen, a spacious upstairs bathroom, and a main floor powder room with shower. Just 5 blocks up from the river where you will find unique shops and delectable restaurants. We are also close to 12 wineries on the Missouri Wine Trail and outlying areas. The Katy Trailhead in Dutzow is a short 10-minute drive. And 30 minute drive to 6 Flags. There is so much to experience in Washington and surrounding areas and this sweet home makes it easy to explore the area or you can just stay home and chill by the above-ground pool or relax outside on the large patio.

The first time my husband and I visited Washington we fell in love with the area. The shops, the wineries, the views, the peaceful slow-down feeling you get, and the people. We bought this house in 2021 and after spending 2 years rehabbing we are now ready to rent it. Our family has enjoyed spending time here swimming and taking in all the activities that the community of Washington has to offer, county fairs, art festivals, craft fairs, BBQs, holiday events, etc.
We plan for this house rental to be our retirement job and are excited to see what is in store.

Why they chose this property
The people are the best. Great down-home town neighbors. I love that the house is so close to a variety of restaurants, shops, the Missouri wine trail, and our favorite biking the Katy Trail. You get to see and meet walkers and joggers passing by our house quite often.
What makes this property unique
Our bedrooms are large, spacious, and comfortable. The extra large upstairs bathroom is something rarely seen in a rental. It will be great for wedding parties. Our patio area leaves you lots of room to stretch out and relax.
