Unfortunate experience

While we enjoyed the room and location itself, we wanted to identify 2 experiences that left us distraught and ruined our visit entirely. The gym was tiny and fit only 4 persons, it was full, so we chose the pool instead. While it looked clean and was supposedly a salt water pool... after swimming in it for 45ish minutes without goggles; my Fiancé and I got back to our room and began feeling irritation in our eyes. Without going into incredible details, I was almost blinded for 24 hours, while my fiancé's experience was slightly less severe, it was bad for him too!The owner did not show any concern or hasn't responded to us, weeks into this experience. When requesting even a partial refund, she's shrugged her shoulders and informed VRBO reps it's not her problem. The property management too, have us a complete run around, not showing any concern towards other guests in wanting to test the chemicals in the pool. So, should you choose the property, go in informed about this owners inattentiveness, and be warned about the pool and gym size (if that's what you're looking to experience)
