Unwind in Fort Lauderdale at this lovely house. With 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, our property provides a welcoming and tranquil retreat for guests. The bathrooms are equipped with amenities such as a bidet, shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. You'll find everything you need for a peaceful stay, from the iron and heating to the washing machine and WiFi. Enjoy all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer when you stay at our place. Located next door to an amazing golf resort (Palm aire country club) & the world famous Lauderdale by the sea beach where you can swim out to 2 reefs 500 ft from the beach is 15 mins away. There is also a top golf and brand new Hurrah Casino 5 minutes away. Other nearby attractions are Los olas which is known for its art, restaurtants and clubs, only a 15 minute drive away. Publix grocery is a 1 minute drive or 4 minute walk as well as 3 parks, and there are as plethora of canals and lakes within a 2 minute walk to fish at with tarpon, carp, and plenty more.

My neighborhood is the best. It is safe, family friendly, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It is close to all the beaches, golf courses, a casino and the best fine dining and nightlife in the area.
What makes this property unique
Many things set my property apart, such as......The slide into the pool, giant swing, producing fruit trees in the back yard, and a corner lot for tons of room to play or grill outside with your family and friends.
