New home built with your health and relaxation in mind. Large screened lanai featuring a beautiful heated saltwater pool and hot tub with relaxing water features. Outdoor covered space includes both shaded and sun areas with comfortable outdoor seating, lounge chairs for sunbathing and an outdoor dining table seating six..

House uses natural cleaning products and is smoke-free and pet-free with a Vollara Air Purification system to provide an allergen-friendly environment. Well-appointed kitchen and brand-new furniture throughout the home with open living space with dining table for six and kitchen island with four adjustable bar stools.

Large primary suite with a lanai access door putting you just a few steps from the large hot tub. Primary suite also features a King-sized Sterns and Foster mattress, large walk-in shower and a desk with a comfortable executive chair and monitor to use as a reading nook or to connect your laptop with stunning pool and water feature views.

Guest area features a pocket door for additional privacy and two bedrooms with new queen beds and ample storage sharing a full bath that includes a shower & bathtub combination.

Combination gas / charcoal grill, beach chairs with umbrellas, large cooler on rollers and pool floats also available upon request. Home is close proximity to several grocery, restaurants, liquor stores and gas stations. Quiet neighborhood for a relaxing Zen-like experience.

For boat lovers, Burnt Store Boat Ramp with public access to the Gulf of Mexico, Matlacha Pass, & North West Spreader Lake System is four miles.

Very comfortable and clean home!

The home was very clean, the beds were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool which was always the perfect temperature. The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable home

My husband and I stayed for a month. We’ve been coming to Cape Coral in February for a number of years. This home was farther from the water than our typical rental, but the beautiful pool (always warm) and the fresh, clean home more than compensated for the few extra miles. The furniture is very comfortable, the tvs work great and the kitchen is well stocked. Thanks, Shannon for a nice stay.

We love to travel and found the winters at home in Kentucky had Florida calling us down each winter.

We love the sun, relaxation and vibe of Florida and built in our relaxation and Zen into our home with the type of amenities we prefer- a salt water pool and spa, comfortable beds and furniture, natural cleaning products and relaxing overall environment.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is quiet, with not a lot of traffic on the street -- a great atmosphere to unwind and have down time. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, liquor and gas stations within a 5 minute drive.
