This rental is a 30 day min. If you need a shorter stay, we do have other properties in the area.
This brand new home is located at the beginning of Royal Harbor and conveniently located within walking to desirable 5th Avenue-Downtown location. The home was built with resort lifestyle in mind. The front entrance gives you a panoramic view of an oversized lanai, designed for enjoying outdoor living with the infinity pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining table and chaise lounges. The outside kitchen with refridge and ice maker makes eating outside very comfortable. The round chaise lounge in front of the fireplace and TV makes it very homey. The inside of the house is very spacious and bright due to the southern exposure. The decor is elegant but very inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked and has high end appliances.

Wonderful vacation home in prime Naples area.

This high end home came equipped with all the amenities you could ask for in a rental property. It has a spacious great room that includes living room, dining room and kitchen with full access, through glass doors, to an outstanding outside oasis. The backyard includes a fabulous pool area complete with hot tub, outdoor barbeque, and ample pool side seating. The home was well appointed with all necessities and very clean. I would highly recommend booking a vacation here.
