The check in was smooth and Surfside Realty has good communication and gets back quickly with questions. The house came stocked with a lot more kitchen items than expected. The stove/oven seem outdated as it took FOREVER to make anything in the oven and some burners did not work the best. The house is nice and very spacious for large groups but needs a good deep clean in my opinion, a lot of dirt/sand/dust in areas and lack of attention to detail. The king bedroom upstairs had blood on the comforter. The pool was full of leafs. We even found caucroaches during our stay in the upstairs bedrooms. During our stay the AC downstairs barely worked at all and was very uncomfortable but the upstairs was FREEZING!!! it’s also notable that the dryer collects water somehow, literally a puddle that has to be wiped out prior to using. Other than those things, the beach is easily accessible. The pier is about a mile and a half walk or so which is uncomfortable on very hot days if it’s of interest.
