Cliff House - Newly remodel home with amazing views

Welcome to the Cliff House in the heart of Crested Butte South, six miles from downtown Crested Butte. This recently remodeled home is only a couple blocks from the bus stop, park, and a short walk to a couple of restaurants, and Camp4 Coffee. This three-bedroom home offers amazing views of Slate River and the surrounding Mountains. Natural light pours into the home through the abundance of windows.

As you enter the home you will find a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, that is open to the dining area, and a living area that features a gas fireplace. To the right of the entry, you will find a 3/4 bath and a bedroom with a Double over Double bunk bed. Head upstairs to the master bedroom that features wrap-around windows, a king bed, a gas fireplace, a jetted tub, and a bathroom. Below the entry level is another living area with another gas fireplace. just to the left of that living area, you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom, and a private washer/dryer.

Modern with stunning views

Great property with modern amenities and a great view from the back deck. Hosts are super responsive although we really didnt need much because everything was as advertised. Highly recommend

Perfect place for a getaway.

The house is perfect and is in a great location. If you open the windows at night you can hear the river running. There is no AC just like most places in and around CB so bring a fan. We were here during an 80 degree plus week and with a fan running that we brought it was sufficient. Other than that the house has everything you need. It is a three level house and you enter on the middle (2nd) floor so be aware that there are stairs although they are minimal. There is a ton of room for a large group to stretch out. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We have zero doubts about staying here again. We have been coming to the CB area multiple times a year for 6 years now and this is one of our favorites!

The property was clean and the renovations were very nice on the 1st and 2nd floor…the 3rd, not so much, not sure renovations were done on this floor, it was the master bedroom area, with a bathroom and jacuzzi tub, that was located in the room, outside of the bathroom, it had a lot of windows and no heat, other than a gas fireplace that we were not able to use because of the burning metal smell it was giving off, the 1st and 2nd floors had radiant floor heating plus a gas fireplace, we chose this home because of the king bed it offered along with the jacuzzi tub, neither of which we were able to use. We ended up on the 1st floor where we had heat and a queen size bed to sleep in. We contacted the property management company, but they were unable to get someone out to check the fireplace before our week was over, we ended up leaving a day early. They were very helpful in regards to dropping off batteries so we could use the remote for the 1st floor fireplace and helping us jump start our Jeep when it wouldn’t start one morning because of the cold temperatures. Lastly, the house made a very loud popping noise at random times through out the day, almost like the structure was settling, definitely gets your attention when you’re trying to sleep or watch TV.
