Mountain View Villa - Mt Crested Butte

Welcome to the Mountain View Villa, new on the market 12/17/2024, where every room in the house has a glorious view of your exciting adventures ahead. The Villa is located just across from the main ski area so you can watch from a distance the ski adventures that await you. When you walk into this villa, you are greeted by Windows galore showing you everything that you were hoping for. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace and two reclining rocking chairs. The open kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals to get your day started and to eat your dinner to discuss the day that you had with family and friends.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a large soaking tub and gas fireplace to help you calm yourself after a long day. It is the only room on this floor, so you can tuck yourself away from the noise of the house in order to catch your breath after your exciting time on the slopes.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms. A second master, as it also has a very nice bathroom with soaking tub. The other two bedrooms down the hall are great and there is a bathroom for them as well.

Be excited about your adventures ahead! While this home can sleep 10 guests the parking space will only fit 2 vehicles. A car can be parked in the garage it is tight, and a larger vehicle can fit in the Sloped driveway (All-wheel or four-wheel-drive is advised). There's No on-street parking! No other place to park. Please do not exceed 2 vehicles.

The Villa is aprox 7 minute walk to the slopes

No pets/fully carpeted and no yard (no exceptions)
