The house was very clean and organize. Big and beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. Property Manager (Bill) promptly answered all my questions. If we go back to Sacramento, will definitely want to stay here again.

Second time we have stayed here. Such a great place and host had everything perfect for us. Coffee pods were provided which made it so nice. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Hope to make it back next year.

The pool was excellent. We spent most of our time back there. There was also a large trampoline which the kids loved!Would have loved to have a TV and at least the master bedroom but like I said we spent most of the time outside so it was OK :-)

The house was more than perfect. Exactly what was posted. The backyard is beautiful and there’s so much to do there. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including spices and coffee. Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.This house was amazing.Thank you

Found our stay very enjoyable. The pool was very nice and the furnishings were good.We would recommend this property to our family friends if they were in the area as a place to stay the only one thing we noted was, we didn’t have control over the jets in the hot tub, but that was a minor issue overall, it was fantastic

Wow what a great property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our group of 5 all found the house fun and comfortable. The host was very accommodating to our requests and was very thorough with check in and out. We can’t wait to be back in 2 weeks.

Clise to Sacramento on the river

Large 3 bedroom place with a pool and hot tub. Bring your bike to access the amazing river trail right out the front door. My kids loved the video games! The place was clean and well eqipped.

Wonderful weekend away!

This property was perfect for a quick girls’ weekend getaway! Bill provided excellent communication both leading up to and during the stay (including allowing us early check-in!) and everything was exactly as we expected - or better! Honestly, the listing doesn’t do this property justice - the house is good-sized and extremely well-stocked and the backyard truly IS an oasis! Everything was so quiet and peaceful. Would 100% stay here again!

Great stay

We loved staying at this property. It was beautiful, convenient and spotless. The pool was a lot of fun. The trampoline was too slack for our preference. The host was very gracious, and we appreciated his flexibility when we had to reschedule due to a death in the family. We had a great time, staying there and will probably be back.

It was fancy. It was pretty. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A few tiles fell off. We walked to the river.

The house is very nice. I almost feel like the photos don't do it justice. The pool is larger than it looks in photos. The house was equipped with everything we needed... except for coffee pods, so be sure to take your own. Everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable.
