A modern escape nestled on the French Broad River, just north of Asheville, North Carolina, this property offers the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Explore the area's diverse attractions via easy freeway access, pop out for local dining or shopping nearby, or simply relax at the Lodge, surrounded by the picturesque setting and soothing sounds of the river.

• Bedroom 1 - Queen Sleep Number bed with en-suite bath, twin daybed with trundle
• Bedroom 2 - Queen memory foam bed with en-suite bath, twin daybed with trundle

Middle Level
• Living area with fireplace and two stories of floor to ceiling windows
• Open Kitchen with easy access to dining room and huge outdoor living space, via double doors and a pass-through window
• Dining Room with over-sized, 9-foot dining table
• Outdoor living area with gas grill and umbrella-topped dining tables.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
• This property is riverfront on a whitewater river. All access and use of the river is at your own risk. You must be prepared to closely watch your children (and husbands/boyfriends)!
• This property used to have a hot tub. It was removed in early 2018. All references to its presence have been removed form the listing itself, but we cannot delete previous reviews which may have mentioned this.
