This home has been completely remodeled to make your stay perfect. It has large flat screen televisions in every room. Located right by the Nationals Golf course with a HUGE selection of restaurants and shops close by. Quiet and very safe neighborhood. Private parking in front of the home. Fenced in backyard perfect for small pets.

Each bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bath, walk in closet, and brand new flat screen television. The kitchen has a pantry for storing any food, and the kitchen is stalked with anything you will need to make your stay comfortable. The home also has extra towels and blankets. No charge for extra guests if someone wanted to sleep on the couch or small children. Fenced in backyard for pets.

You have access to the entire home. This home can be used for hosting events and we can make special accommodation, just let us know. There is a back deck and a fenced in back yard. Guests have access to the home through a key pad, and we are flexible on check in and check out times.

Anything you need feel free to call or email. I can help with anything, and also have a handyman that can come over at a moments notice.

Great neighborhood. This is a quiet street right off of Alexander Parkway, which connects Washington Road and Riverwatch pkwy. Washington and Riverwatch both take you downtown in minutes. Washington not only has the Augusta Nationals on it, but also has a variety of restaurants (chain and unique) and some shopping. About a 10 min drive to downtown Augusta and the River walk. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Extremely safe neighborhood!

This is not an apartment. There is private 2 car parking right in front of the home. Minutes from walking to Washington which is the main street in Augusta.

If you are staying during masters this house is great!! It is right off of Washington road which can be a parking lot that week. Literally a 5-10 min walk to the corner of Augusta Nationals where there will be access or shuttles to where you want to be. GREAT LOCATION!!!


***Please note, we still have damage from Hurricane Helene which devastated our community, and we are still trying to rebuild. The HOA still needs to fix the fence between the homes and the yard still has some trees in it. The home is perfectly fine and no damage is done inside the home or in the front yard.

Lovely place to stay, my daughter and I met there with a plan to spend the weekend cooking favorites. We were thrilled with how well the kitchen was stocked -- with a fabulous supply for every need. Thoughtful welcoming gift as well. Pleased with the 2 MBR layout. Very clean. Convenient to shopping. Had to go through VRBO to make contact with host regarding check-in, later in receiving details that I would have liked (but apparently host was traveling with limits to communication). Ultimately this did not hinder out trip. Would absolutely book return stay if in Augusta in the future.

Great quiet little neighborhood close to everything. Duplex is under sone renovation but very clean and quite cozy. Loved the basket of goodies in the kitchen counter and the abundancy of towels and washrags in the bath. I would definitely recommend to friends traveling with one dog. When i return next year, i would love to see grass in the back yard.

Perfect Stay for Masters

Great stay with friends for this year’s Monday practice round. Perfect location to walk to the North Gate. The unit is clean and comfortable. There are plenty of grocery and restaurant options nearby.

Shopping was just around the corner. Very convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms we could use as ensuites was perfect. TV in each room and the walk in closets in the bedrooms were great for storage and dressing. We could be together yet have roomy separate spaces. Kitchen had everything!Our cat loved her view out the backyard area. We were three adults in the space, and would recommend for 2 couples and families.Host was exceptional, a small glitch checking in as the code was not updated. The host was quick to respond and all went well.

5 Star Masters Weekend

In a great spot for the masters, less than a mile away, with plenty of space and comfortable furnishings. The property manager makes sure that you have everything you need. They go above and beyond what you get with the normal VRBO rentals. They even had basket of snacks waiting for us when we arrived.

Amazingly managed!

We are in town for a family emergency and this was a great place to relax! There was an issue the first night with the beds being squeaky and the owners cane out same day and replaced the box springs, solving the problem! They were so kind to us, it made all the difference. Definitely recommend highly, and disregard any previous reviews about the beds, because it’s fixed and they are very comfortable, with a good selection of pillows. I can never find one firm enough when traveling, and my husband likes his soft. We were both happy!

A bit of a sketchy neighborhood. No thresholds separating rooms flooring which makes it very easy to trip over. Blinds are torn and broken in some rooms. Code did not work on front door and it took 1 1/2 hours to make contact with host to get help.

Hi Diane, Thanks for your review. I am sad to hear you are sad about our LVP being consistent throughout the house. We try and do this so this to PREVENT a tripping hazard as to not have extra pieces sticking up between rooms. I am sad to hear you did not like the neighborhoo, it is one of the safest places in downtown Augusta, so much so the world renowned Augusta National is just a block away. We have two homes on this street for the past 7 years and never have we had anyone complain about the neighborhood. I am sorry there was an error with your lock. We were trying to accommodate your multiple requests that you wanted to come early. As we had a check out that day, we didn't know what time we would be done cleaning, when we have to change the lock time for the code, it sometimes messes it up. We saw your VRBO message that you made through the app, and called you back 20 min late and you got in. I also give all guests my phone number and property manager phone number for any emergencies. I was driving and so I couldn't read the app, would of happily pulled over and helped with any lock issues had you notified me via phone since it is emergent that you get into the house. I know you wanted to be in an hour earlier, but you were still in 2 hours earlier than your scheduled time. We just like to make sure that the house is clean and sanitized for all of our guests.

The house is in “ NO WAY “ move in condition ! Broken window , toilet seat that “ rocks “ back & forth when u sit on it , no exterior light for front door , stained towels , stained mattress pad,Wi-Fi not working , broken tow3l rack , broken toilet paper holder, broken towel hook , broken cabinet hinge, COMPLETELY ROTTEN boards on back deck , window blinds being held together with twist tie , dishwasher missing 4 wheels on rack , Don’t walk away from this house ……RUN !!!

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. Like every guest we try and fix any issues that come up immediately, like we did by sending out our handyman. However you didn't want him in the house and you didn't stay for an appt. However all of the issues you told us about we addressed right away, including the ones where you had to climb onto the cabinets and to look at issues.

We like the small yard for the dog. It's just enough. The toiletries in the shower are not cheap off brand ones which we appreciate. Good hot water& great water pressure. House was clean and tidy. Just what we needed to escape winter storm Fern.

Augusta….⛳️

Augusta has been on my bucket list as I worked in golf my whole life … we enjoyed our stay and made a few recommendations to the host… ex have brochures and maps of the area along with recommendations for some restaurants or shops to visit… I will be watching. The Masters this year knowing I was “there” ⛳️
