This was a great location for our week on the coast! The layout worked perfectly for our multi-generational family. The neighbors were great. The host was easily accessible. Shot pool, played foosball and fished. The grands loved it.
Wonderful property. Perfect space for two kids and two adults. We enjoyed hanging out at the house and traveling around town. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Twin Palms. The kitchen was stocked, the house was clean, and the view was relaxing. It was just a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs, so you can enjoy the quiet of the house and still be close to all the action. We will definitely stay again.
The host was very responsive and the house was as it showed on the website. A very quaint neighborhood and great for the kiddos. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you for your feedback. The rear deck is safe for guest use, though we understand it may have appeared rougher than usual due to the recent removal of a large hot tub. We have plans to refurbish and improve the deck area. We’re glad to hear the interior of the home met your expectations and appreciate you staying with us.
The House was Amazing, it was Spacious n we were close to a lot of Activities. We loved the Scenery of the Backyard View We will definitely stay there again!!
Came in for a wedding, booked it late and still got a great rate comparatively to the other rates for places to stay in town. Place was clean, cozy, and scenic, would absolutely recommend
House had plenty of room for everyone! Great location with beautiful views!

The house is very poorly maintained and dirty. Dust hanging from the fans, dust on top of lamps, faucets were broken, could not turn on cold water in guest bathroom, broken outdoor furniture covered with dirt. Fire alarms missing or not working. Needs a deep cleaning and extensive maintenance. Could be very nice if the owners cared as the kitchen is nice and location is great.

***We ask potential guests to read all the 10/10 reviews BEFORE and AFTER this guest’s stay if you would like a true picture of our vacation rental. The overwhelming majority of our guests seem to absolutely love Twin Palms. We are sorry that this one apparently didn’t***
This is a great place to relax. The deck faces one of the inlets full of wildlife. Coffee on the deck is a treat. Vey clean. Good for families. Bikes and a canoe available. Gave it a four due to some shower temp issues. Management was very quick to tell the owners to get it fixed.
We experienced some small issues with the Wi-Fi service and the gas grill being out of propane, but the property manager was very responsive and corrected both very quickly. We intended on using the boat lift, but quickly realized the canal was too shallow at low tide. That was my mistake, as I did not ask questions about that before renting. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Hi Paul, so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and that it was 5-stars! Yes, guests bringing boats do have to be mindful of the tides if wanting to use the boat lift, but there also is the boat launch nearby like we discussed that you can use anytime. Hope you come back to visit again sometime!
Following a month-long road trip, we stopped here for some R&R before the final stretch home. This house is the ideal spot to relax. Egrets, ducks, pelicans, blue herons and anhinga were regular visitors to the bayou. Despite miserably cold weather, it was a delightful stay. The property manager, Chris, was a true professional in every way. We had a minor problem with the heat and he made sure it was resolved quickly. Checking in and out was a breeze, thanks to his excellent communication. We highly recommend this property.
Overall, we had the perfect stay at the property. There were a few items that could have made the stay more perfect including the failure of the outdoor stairs, noone was harmed but it was a close call. The upstairs bathroom faucet is broken and there was only one good pool stick. The view is beautiful, the items provided were great and the neighborhood was great. There appears to be an abanonded home next door and a bee nest was observed in the garage.

The location is beautiful and very peaceful. A great place to relax!! Nice neighbors! I enjoyed the view and deck most! The coordinator was responsive. I didn’t like the fact that I had to come in and give the place a proper cleaning. On the surface, the house was clean; however, details were definitely missed. There were spiderwebs on ceilings throughout, dirt/hand smears on the walls, fronts door was filthy inside and out, at least four wasp nests at the front door with wasps flying everywhere, flies inside and outside, dingy towels (had to buy my own), filthy mattress pads (had to wash) that likely had never been washed since they were put on, a bowl from the kitchen out in the backyard in grass, backyard was not ready for guest with old wooden boards that may have come from the deck in piles ( not safe or appealing-they were removed after day 1), old pots that need to be replaced (had to purchase a few pieces to cook in), furniture covers in chairs were dirty (I removed and washed them all). Lamps in bedroom have shortages and won’t stay on, missing ceiling fan cover in bedroom, etc…This could be an exceptional place if only they paid attention to details. The house is much cleaner after my stay thanks to me and my sister who helped. Just say, “Thank you for the free cleaning services”. Do better!!!!
We enjoyed a terrific 12-day stay and hated to leave. Although there were only 2 of us, there would have been plenty of room for invited guests. The house is spacious, the kitchen is well appointed and all conveniences you could want are provided. The furnishings and bed were comfortable. The place was immaculate upon our arrival. The deck on the back is the perfect place to relax or entertain. The view is inviting and you'll swear you are many miles from civilization, and yet you are minutes away from shopping and entertainment.
Chris, the Property Manager, provided all details needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. Communication was quick and thorough. Even though we didn't need him during our stay, we had no doubt he would have responded quickly if needed.
I enthusiastically recommend this property.
