Welcome to our brand new 2021 family camper! It is roomy & has been a perfect camper for our family vacations. We have only used it a few times & it is super clean & in great condition, please respect our family camper & keep it that way. We cannot allow pets as we have a child with allergies.

This camper is all set up for nightly rental in Clearwater, FL. A SUPER CLEAN minimalistic tiny home with all basic amenities! A 10 min drive to Clearwater beach & 25-30 min drive to Tampa & St Pete. Located in a quiet peaceful family friendly residential neighborhood on the side of a corner lot home. Fully functional kitchen, fridge & freezer, full hookups (electric, hot/cold water & sewer included) & an outdoor private patio including a fire table & chairs to enjoy your morning coffee.
The front of the camper features a queen size bed with 2 roomy wardrobes on either side. The rear of the camper features 2 double sized bunk beds that can comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children in each. The sofa can be pulled out & used as an additional bed.

>Sheets, blankets & pillows will be provided for the queen bed & both bunks beds. Bedding is not provided for the pull-out sofa. Please bring any additional blankets or pillows as needed.

> Many regular plug receptacles in kitchen & dining, queen bedroom closets/ USB charging outlets located in bunkbeds.

Equipped with full kitchen amenities including a stove, oven, refrigerator with a freezer, microwave & a sink. Bathroom with a shower & toilet. There is a separate sink/mirror beside the bathroom for getting ready for the day.

>Kitchen utensils, plates, cups, bowls and coffee maker are provided.

>Our camper will come fully stocked with dish soap, toilet paper, shampoo, soap & towels. Please bring other products you may need such as toothpaste or conditioner, etc.

The dinette is equipped with a booth that can seat two. There is a smart TV with Wifi capability for streaming services. There are several wall & USB outlets to charge devices. The large outdoor awning will block the sun while lounging or enjoying lunch outside. The bright LED lighting will provide plenty of lighting for evening outdoor activities. Outdoor patio area located next to the camper just for you, with fire table & chairs surrounded by our banana trees to enjoy smores in the evening or your morning coffee in the morning.

This RV is not handicap accessible, as there are 2 steps up to the RV door.
