Why they chose this property
Brand new safe and gated community with 2 small parks & a large soccer field next door. I chose this neighborhood because it’s literally a few blocks away from my parents house and this is the neighborhood where I grew up.
What makes this property unique
It’s also near downtown near the airport and in a gated community which is hard to find this close to the city.
