There are many great things to list about the condo. Please, first scroll all the way down to see the pictures that are worth a thousand words... Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, very well-appointed condo featuring many fantastic amenities.

The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! You'll appreciate The Home Theater system and comfortable living area.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!

You'll love sitting out on the Huge Deck that has a great view of one of the complex pools, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water.

The spacious Master Suite has a King-sized bed and private bath with a tub / shower. The Second and Third Bedrooms offer comfortable Queen Sized Beds, Ceiling Fans, and TVs with VCR, & DVD players.

BOATERS: Our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. Larger slips are available as well. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

Staying at various Condos on the lake, this unit, by far is above and beyond the rest! It was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone throughout! Was a short walk to the boat dock and swimming pool. We especially loved the quiet cove. We will definatly stay again next year!

When we arrived, it was apparent the master shower had not been cleaned. Contacted Jason. He immediately sent out the cleaning company. Appreciated quick response on his part. The rest of the rental was clean and spacious. We enjoyed multiple meals on the big deck. The pool we used was quite close to the condo. There was plenty of room to fish as well. The only thing that made it feel a little dated was the older TVs that used cable. We are accustomed to using smart TVs when traveling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Parkview Condos were a great place to experience our family vacation. Our family rented 4 condos in total. We were close to each other and everything that we wanted to do. Our condo in particular was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for the 4 of us. I really appreciated the parking lot level entry. Would definitely rent again!

This condo served us perfectly for our quick getaway to the Ozarks -- we only stayed 3 nights, but well worth it for this place. Clean, spacious, comfortable -- all the amenities we needed, and in good working order. Great location, rented a pontoon just a few minutes down the road. We loved the big balcony and the fact that the unit was walk-in level. A short walk to the very nice pool, well-kept grounds. Location is great, short drives to lots of fun places. Jason is a great communicator and we will recommend to our friends!

Property was nice however a few things that keep it from being great. The dryer kept shutting off and took forever to heat up. Also tv in master did not work as well as the master shower had very little water pressure and it did not drain properly. The beds were uncomfortable. Coffee pot took forever to brew. Rented a boat slip and the design of our boat dock in comparison to where our condo was located seemed awkward( having to walk through the pool area). Overall our purpose for this stay was for the boat shootout and the location was great. So if just a few little things were corrected we would definitely try again as a rental. Also very convenient to Walmart.

Great location, needs better cleaning crew

We've stayed in the Parkview Bay condo complex for over 20 years, and we love the location, the view, and the quiet compared to other areas of the lake. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the condo. The condition of the pools was also disappointing, since they were maintained much better in past years. There were big hairballs in the pool, and the water was cloudy. I contacted the property manager and then they finally cleaned the pools.

We would stay again. Our only complaint was the mattress in the two bedrooms not the master were a bit uncomfortable but we survived would go back. Loved that it was a walk in no steps.

Quiet and relaxing vacation

Property is well maintained, great location to local attractions and great view of lake, marina and coves. Boat rental near by and it enables you to see the property from the lake. My family has stayed at this property before and never had any issues, learned that the management of the property isn’t always on site if you have a problem. Owners of the property don’t live near by and you could wait a couple hours to have something handled. Reguardleas I would recommend this property to anyone for a vacation stay. We’ll be back!

Why they chose this property

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
