Very clean home, this is the most important thing I rate when staying anywhere. It smelled great, no chemical smell like some places, just clean. It was well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The TV is a bit difficult to use, but we made due. Overall great home!

Fun in St Joe

The townhouse was clean, comfortable with easy access to downtown St Joe. Communication with the host was great. Loved being able to walk down the block to the pool. It was a wonderful week!

Perfect stay in St. Joe

We had a great time in St. Joe! The townhouse was perfect in every way: spacious, shiny and clean, wonderfully equipped kitchen and so close to downtown St. Joe. We had trouble figuring out the upstairs thermostat but help came with a quick text. We were there for a wedding, so other members stayed in the same complex and also in the hotel. It made it very convenient to all meet up and spend time together. Thank you!

Very clean. Had lots of beach toys, a few chairs and boogie boards. Beach towels! Nice grill. Plenty of space. Very close to pool. Attentive property manager. Easy check in/out. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Spacious walk in closet in master with enough room for a roll away crib. Kids plates/cups and cutlery was a big plus for us. They also had 2 baby gates which was helpful too with all the stairs. It was a great stay for our family and we hope to be back!

Very clean, well decorated condo in pretty community with view of marina, short walking distance to hotel next door with bar, restaurant, live, entertainment and coffee shop, and walkable to downtown St Joseph and activities. Nice to have 3 separate full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 3 floors to offer extra privacy. Outdoor deck was nice to relax on. Kitchen fully equipped. Pool enjoyed by kids. Would definitely return again if in the area. Nice that beach chairs, towels and toys were provided. Good communication provided with quick response. Steps may be a challenge for some. Thank you!
