This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, relaxing lagoon views, and a dock and screened porch for outdoor enjoyment. The villa is about a 5-minute walk from the beach.

This Parkside villa offers a two-story townhouse layout with the main living areas on the second floor. Upstairs, you are greeted by a large living space with elevated ceilings. The living area offers hardwood floors, comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The light-filled dining room features a table with seating for six. The large, open kitchen showcases white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and new tile flooring against sleek black countertops.

Two of the three bedrooms are found on the second floor. The king bedroom provides access to the screened porch, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and private bathroom with double sinks and shower. The other upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with shower/tub combination. The downstairs bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has lovely lagoon views and access to the dock.

The villa boasts two outdoor spaces, a dock on the first floor and a screened porch on the second floor. The dock features built-in seating and lovely lagoon views. The inviting screened porch provides cozy seating, lofty ceilings, a desirable ceiling fan, and serene views.

The villa offers a premium cable package with over 260 television and movie channels.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Wonderful location and beautiful villa

We enjoyed our short stay in Kiawah. The villa is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach and a lot of opportunities to watch wildlife. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the screened porch and spending time at the beach.

We attended a wedding at the Ocean Course Staying at the villas was the best. Close to all activities, very comfortable, best equipped kitchen. We would happily return anytime!!!!!

Beautiful place

Love Kiawah so much, have been coming for over 30 years. As we enjoyed our week very much, the cleanliness of this villa was unsatisfactory. The cleaning crew they have do not do a good job.

Our family of 3 enjoyed this property and its beautiful setting on a pond surrounded by lush trees and landscaping. The property was cleaned for our arrival, except for the screened porch which was unusable from a thick layer of dust and sawdust. The dust was visible

My stay was excellent everything that was listed., Were in the unit. I enjoyed myself to the fullest. I would recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you so much. We just didn't get a chance to use the credit because of the cold in ice.But overall it was fantastic.

Perfect place to relax

My daughter, niece and I enjoyed the house and location. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee and listening to and watching the birds. We even spotted a few alligators and deer. The short bike ride to the beach was fun as well. The deck could use some work, some of the wooden railings were loose. There were also cockroaches coming from underneath the baseboard in the downstairs bathroom. But despite this, we still had a lovely time. We fell in love with Kiawah and will definitely be back!

Beautiful view and being right on the water was great. Property could use some more cleaning and maintenance, spraying outside for insects was also needed. But overall it was a nice property, great location and big enough for our group to enjoy and have great memories.

Very accomodating!

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the unit was just a short walk from the beach - the first time I walked the "wrong way" and it took longer, but we learned as we went. Only issue was a broken handle on the sliding glass door - it was really loose and we did our best to tighten it. Everything was great - easy - and we would DEFIITELY stay here again!

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. However, it does not appear that any issues were reported during your stay. Our team diligently checks each property prior to guests arrival. We have had no complaints received from the current guests or previous guests throughout a long busy Spring. We are always more than happy to address any issues as soon as they are reported to us and will certainly have our team investigate, but this does not appear to be a continual or current issue. The walk to the beach is 5-7 minutes, straight down Sea Forest Drive to the first boardwalk.

Rental process was very smooth. Property was a great value and well stocked in terms of cooking and eating utensils and washer and dryer. Hair dryers, etc. Location excellent- first time we’ve been at Parkside. Loved our trip!
