Forget your worries in the spacious and serene condo! Newly renovated inside and outside 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Condo is part of a 6 unit community with heated pool. Located 10 minutes away from Englewood Beach, 15 minutes from Boca Grande Beach. Covered parking for one vehicle. Additional parking.

***Smart TV's, no cable provided (use your own app account for streaming)
***No pets/animals allowed
***Pool heated November - April 20.00/night (separate charge)
***Garage parking
***Miniumum rental age 25
***No RV or boat parking
***Mid-stay cleans required for > 30 nights stay (charged separately)

Dogs <25 lbs on management approval only. $200 fee
Terms & conditions review and agreement requirement.
