Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! Peaceful location where you and your family can unwind and relax. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, offering a seamless flow from the well-appointed kitchen to the cozy living room with a view to the private pool from the rear deck. Whether you're basking in the sun by the pool, strolling along the beach, or exploring the charming towns of Venice & Englewood, you'll find this beach home to be a slice of coastal paradise.

The space:
Step inside this meticulously designed beach retreat and discover a spacious and inviting interior that exudes coastal charm. With hardwood plank floors throughout, custom tiled bathroom and coastal colour tones offers a feeling of seamlessness and openness.
The modern kitchen features, a granite countertop, stainless steel glass appliances, a eat-in dining table with chairs that opens through the patio door to the screened and covered porch. There are two options for coffee which include a standard drip pot or a quick single serve Keurig along with pods.
The family room has a large 65 inch Smart TV with all streaming services and WiFi connection. Games, magazines and books are available for your enjoyment. The large sliding patio doors provide direct access to the covered tiled and screened in porch overlooking the saltwater pool which has a privacy fence surrounding the screened in lanai. Plenty of privacy. The downstairs unit is owned by our parents and they do not use the pool and are usually only there for 2-3 days at a time, so the pool while shared is mostly free for you to use privately 90% of the time.

The main bathroom has a large vanity, pantry cabinet and a large custom tiled shower to unwind after a day at the beach. We have hair dryer in the bathroom along with a full suite of bath and beach towels.
There is a washer and dryer in the hallway.

2 beach bags

The property is suitably tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, grocery stores, amenities and YES … Beaches! It is only a 6 minute walk across the intercoastal to Manasota Beach, where there are nice public bathrooms, covered gazebos, grilling stations and of course a beautiful beach where you can soak up the sun!

There is a boat launch down the street into the intercoastal, and plenty of room in the large driveway if you wish to bring your boat.

Englewood is known for its proximity to many beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coast. Some of the popular beaches in the area include:

1. Manasota Beach: This serene beach is known for its white sand and clear waters, making it a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, and shelling.

2. Caspersen Beach: Famous for its unique fossilized shark teeth that wash ashore, Caspersen Beach is a favorite for beachcombers and nature enthusiasts. And a little north from here you’ll find Sarasota county’s only dog friendly beach- Brohard Beach Paw park

3. Venice Beach: Located near the Venice Fishing Pier, this beach is known for its vibrant atmosphere, offering opportunities for swimming, beach volleyball, and picnicking.

4. Nokomis Beach: Just a short drive away, Nokomis Beach boasts pristine shores and is a fantastic place to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Don’t forget the drum circle here every Wednesday and Saturday at dusk.

5. Englewood Beach: A bit further south, Englewood Beach is a quiet, family-friendly destination with a relaxed ambiance, ideal for swimming and relaxation.
