I loved your cottage. It was decorated very well. Only suggestion would be to have additional blankets. The air conditioner was programmed at a very low temperature and could not get it to go up. I would also suggest directions on how to work the tv. Everything else was awesome. I do wish I had known this was in a dry county so I could bring my alcohol. Thank you!
This cottage is in downtown Nashville and close to everything. The cottage was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee and creamer that we we used before stocking up with groceries. This is the first VRBO that we have stayed at where the TVs were easy to use and we were able to watch our favorite channels.
This was conveniently located for our work trip. I am glad I brought slippers because the concrete floor is slippery. If you're not familiar with SW Arkansas, the more shallow aquifer has water that tastes like dirt. There was a water pitcher at the property (I can't recall the brand; not Brita or Pur) but no filters. If you have strong preferences in how your water tastes, bring a few gallons or try a water filter. Other than that, the property was adequate. I think the faux antique doors were meant to hide the poor quality of the door jam construction. There are hook closures on the 2 doors leading to the shared bathroom. Other doors just swung shut.
We loved being close to downtown Nashville. We visited a few restaurants, a gift store, and the farmer's market on our way out. There are free range chickens (read: rooster) and barking dogs adjacent to the property. This didn't bother me, but my coworkers had a harder time sleeping through this.
The house is beautifully appointed, complete with dog bags and bowls! The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen had everything and more, a lovey backyard to explore with our pup. We will absolutely be back!
