We had a great time. The townhouse was bright and clean. It was just a short drive to the beach.

It was close to old orchard beach and a short drive to Portland. The grill and patio were very nice too.

Great family beach trip

Loved the space. Our two older kids hung out/slept in the basement suite, giving the adults more room to enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts were very accommodating and had lots of activities outdoors for the kids. The location was great, close to the grocery store, a short drive to the beaches, but very secluded and quiet.

Beach trip

The property was in an excellent location. It was less than a 10 minute drive to both Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach. It was also very close to downtown Saco and the amusement park. The property was very clean and accommodated our group of 6 (2 adults and 4 children).

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay to reach several of the beautiful beaches in Maine

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood which is close to groceries, food and amenities. For us, it was perfect. Two upstairs bedrooms, and one in the lower floor of the three floor townhouse. There was sitting room both out front on the porch and out back in the small yard. The biggest thing for us was the location. It is close to I-95 and Route 1 so it is easy to take a drive to many of the beautiful beaches of the Southern Coast of Maine. It is clean and set up with the necessary amenities in the kitchen for us to prepare some dishes for a family reunion. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful, offering us information about the area. We will definitely plan to come back!

Clean condo with plenty of space!

Clean condo with plenty of space for our family of 4! Dead end street and very quiet. Had all the necessities we needed. 10 minutes from the beach. Definitely recommend!

Nice place with plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend for families with young children.

Overall we had a great time staying here. We had a group of 7 (3 adults & 4 children under 10 yrs old). It is a townhouse style home with 2 large bedrooms upstairs and a big open floor plan living room & kitchen on the main level. The basement was a nice large space that is also used as another bedroom. The owner, Jeff was always quick to respond when we had questions and he lives close by too if he needs to stop by. Only reasons for 4 stars is 1. the smoke alarm went off once for seemingly no reason and 2. the air conditioning is limited to 1 bedroom, usually not a problem in Maine with cool Summer nights but the few steamy nights make you wish all the rooms had A/C. There is still some unlocked potential in this unit. Recommended additions are 1. better use of the large open basement, maybe some table games (foosball, ping pong, something like that) and 2. better use of the large bedroom maybe a couch or chairs for reading/lounging. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommend for groups and families with young children.

New Clean "beach-y" getaway

Can't say enough good things about this place. We booked at the last minute and it was a lot nicer then the alternatives. The decor was clean modern and comfortable. Jeff and his wife were great hosts. Location was also great! We were a short drive to the beach and shops/restaurants. We would definitely recommend this apt for anyone staying in the area.

Great location, clean and bright, modern and complete!

We had a great vacation at this property. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Private parking on a dead-end street where the kids could play outside. Everything we needed was supplied. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were very clean with zero clutter. Lots of space. Wifi was fast and easy to use. Jeff was an excellent host, always responding quickly to any inquiry via e-mail or text message. Very friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year!
