The open-concept, fully renovated cottage has plenty of space to accommodate your family or friends and offers off street parking and a screened in porch for relaxing in the sweet Maine summer breeze. Bed Linens/towels are provided and enjoy free WiFi as well! Washer/dryer are also available for your convenience.

This beautiful early 1900’s cottage has been fully renovated while still keeping the charm of the original space. Enjoy granite countertops in the spacious and bright kitchen, central air, grill and outdoor shower, and a beach cart for you to use.

The beach house was wonderful. We stayed four nights. There was plenty of sleeping spaces. The house is decorated nicely and comfortable. The screened in porch was very spacious and relaxing place. We ate most meals out there. The hostprovided beach chairs and cart. Close to so many amenities and places to shop. We had an awesome vacation would definitely return for future vacations.

About a 20 min walk to the beach. Very well appointed house with plenty of space for everyone (we had two teenagers, two adults, and our dogs). Quiet little neighborhood great for walking the dogs but close to everything. Loved the screen porch and giant breakfast bar. There’s a beach cart and chairs which were super handy. We used the washer & dryer quite a few times and were thankful to have those. The beds & pillows were all very comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels (no beach towels- we brought our own). Only minor complaint is there seemed to be a shortage of spoons lol. A parking pass would’ve been handy too but it was a good way to get our steps in and we are all able-bodied. Might not be the best choice if anyone in your party is not. We loved it and would definitely rent again!

We all loved our stay at this cottage. It was very clean. appliances were also clean and modern. Cookware was also very nice. For a smaller cottage it felt very roomy with its open concept. We had 4 adults 3 teens, a 3 yo and a 1 yo and we were all comfortable. The porch added more room and enjoyment for all of us.. Much appreciated was the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Beds were comfortable as well as the sheets and pillows. Plenty of towels and a very nice washer and dryer. The beach and park were just a couple of blocks away. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this cottage!
