Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Beach flag and parking passes must be left on the kitchen island for next guests. There is a $500 fee for lost beach flag.
Cleaning fee does not include debris left on the patio of grill cleaning please make sure patio is picked up and grill is ready for next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
