This whimsical property can function as one large house or can even be split into 3 separate units with separate entrances, kitchens, laundry facilities, etc. The property is located right at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon above the Willow Creek area. Minutes to the freeway, ski resorts, grocery stores, and all of the beautiful hikes and mountain biking trails that the Salt Lake area offers!
