What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing:
- This property is an individual unit in a multi-family triplex so while no space is shared as it has it's own completely separate entrance, there is slight potential for noise from the other adjacent units in the complex, however we have installed sound barriers between the floors and door to ensure the best sleeps possible for each and every guest!

This guest suite comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 King size bed and 1 queen sized pull out sofa in the Living Room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access of our suite during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!


Neighborhood
High Park is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood located in northwest Edmonton, Alberta. The area is known for its beautiful parks and recreational spaces, including the eponymous High Park, which offers hiking trails, picnic areas, and a large off-leash dog park.

Guests staying in the area will also have easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options, including the popular Westmount Shopping Centre and the trendy 124th Street shopping and dining district. The neighborhood is well-connected to the downtown core via public transportation, with several bus routes and the LRT line running through the area, which makes it convenient for guests to explore downtown's attraction, shopping and dining.

Additionally, High Park is also an excellent location for those who want to experience the best of Edmonton's culture and entertainment scene, with several major venues like Rogers Place, Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium, and the Winspear Centre all located within easy reach.


Getting around
Getting around from our High Park property is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of the city via public transportation, with several bus routes and the LRT line running through the area.

The LRT station is just a short walk from the property and can take you directly to the downtown core, making it easy to explore all that Edmonton has to offer. In addition, the property is located just minutes from major roadways, such as Yellowhead Trail and St. Albert Trail, making it easy to access other parts of the city by car. Taxis, Ubers and other ride-sharing services are also widely available in the area.

For those with their own vehicles, there is ample street parking available around the property. With so many transportation options, getting around and exploring the city will be a breeze for our guests.

* Please note * - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
