This beautiful 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom home can comfortably sleep 12 people for the ultimate desert getaway! Just off the entry, the downstairs bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to a hall bathroom. Heading upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom that features a King bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is a Queen bed featuring a smart TV, and the bunk room with a triple full bunk bed, TV, and Nintendo Switch. Relax in the private hot tub, or cook a delicious dinner out back on the grill. Pura Vida Paradise is a destination for years to come!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Washington! The house was in wonderful condition, with necessities available for our use. The community pool was so much fun for our kids, and was not busy at all. The hot tub TV was not connecting to the internet, but that didn't stop us from relaxing. Would stay again!

This home was immaculate and perfect for our stay in St George! The home was spacious, clean and so beautiful! The location was perfect as welll. We even took a beautiful drive to Zions National park from this home. I can't wait to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

I would leave an excellent rating, however, the towels were still drying and wet laundry was on the dryer. I had to start my trip off finishing up laundry. Aside from that, this spot is amazing! 10/10 recommend any Red Sands property! Great amenities, great community, clean home, awesome hot tub and grill! We just loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a little bit disappointing that the outside TV did not work at all and a little hilarious with regards to so many items being loose wiggly such as beds and tables so much so that they were really wobbly, but I did the homeowner or property owner a solid and tightened everything up for them. My kids would've loved to as expected to have the TV working outside while in the hot tub, but overall enjoyed the house.

Great place to stay

Our daughter and Grandkids live in the area and we visit often. We love the neighborhood with the community pool. This house was very nice and had lots of room. It was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the house. The primary bedroom is upstairs on the second floor so something to be aware of for those that have trouble with stairs. We have stayed in many places in the neighborhood and this house is one of the best.

I loved staying in this home. It was clean, comfortable, great lighting, plenty of space and awesome amenities. The house was decorated so cute and the beds were so comfortable, TVs in every room and even outside by the hot tub. There is plenty of room for everyone in this house, and plenty of room for everyone in the common areas as well. We had such a great time while staying here, and hands down will return again!!!!

The home is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to prepare meals. The water park area is only a couple minutes drive down the hill. It does get crowded and busy so get there when they open. The hosts were responsive. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The outdoor entertainment area was small but awesome – we loved using the grill and relaxing outside. There was plenty of storage space throughout the home, which made it easy to keep things organized. The beds were super comfortable, making for great nights of sleep. The only suggestion I would make is adding darker curtains for those of us who like to sleep in. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

We had the opportunity to stay in this home for a few days. We were happy to see how wonderfully clean it was. Everything felt sparkly and brand new. The owners were wonderful to work with, and without getting into details, a real blessing. The hot tub was nice and the pool is way above average for kids. Really nice and large main living area with a huge Roku TV that was easy to use. Beautifully staged, but not cluttered. Cannot recommend enough!

Clean and well-equipped home

There was great management communication and support when we had a question. We were able to contact management easily, and it was resolved quickly. The home was clean and had a well equipped kitchen that made our stay even better! The only thing that was less than a 5 star would be the construction across the street that shook the house on occasion and the workers' trucks that blocked the garbage, but that was not within the owners' control. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice, comfortable stay away from home.

We have stayed at this property for multiple vacations and cannot say enough good things about it. The house is beautifully decorated with a tasteful tropical theme that puts you immediately in vacay mode when you walk in the door. All of the furnishings are comfortable, modern, and high-quality. The house is impeccable and in new condition and the floor plan allows for gathering areas on the ground floor as well as plenty of private spaces. We celebrated New Year's Eve here with three families playing games, belting karaoke songs, and enjoying great food. The location is stunning with 360 degree stunning views of the red rocks and convenient access to I-15 and shopping and restaurants, but out of the congestion, noise, and traffic of the commercial areas. We went on a breathtaking hike which was just steps away from the house, and the private hot tub in the backyard was heated and ready for those who wanted to relax afterward. The pool complex is amazing with the waterslide and lazy river and plenty of seating. This really is the perfect vacation home for your St. George trip and we highly recommend it. Looking forward to our next visit.
