A View worth a million bucks
Enjoy all Ocean City has to offer in this fabulous downtown condo. Assateague House is in the heart of downtown Ocean City and has one of the best views around. Enjoy your coffee on your balcony while watching the boats, wildlife on Assateague and so much more. This great two bedroom, two bath condo is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's (the one in the LR is a smart TV), Blue Ray player, free WiFi, outdoor pool and parking for one car. There is second car parking on a first come first serve basis. Just a few blocks from Ocean City's famous Boardwalk and Sunset Park where they do free concerts weekly. Main bedroom is equipped with queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 full sized beds. Sleeps 6, Sorry, No Pets and No smoking. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. I have vacationed at the assateague house for 10 years. This was by far my most memorable trip yet! The room was bright, clean,spacious and well decorated! The staff at new horizons was courteous, professional and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
