Unit comes with 2 parking spaces, one in a gated parking area, the other in a protected area next to the building. Access to owners closet with beach chairs, high end cart to carry items to beach, an umbrella, and children beach toys.

Spacious rooms, great kitchen area with lots of counter space, New stainless appliances, Keurig and French Press coffee makers; room to seat up to 9 for a meal with large dining table and long countertop with 4 bar stools. Fishing pier right on the most popular bay fishing spots next to the inlet. Each bedroom has a large flat panel TV with HD cable access. While Marlin property has just gone through a major renovation including new docks and piers, new pool and sun deck, new elevator; doors and windows have been replaced along with fresh paint.
